The 8-Week Protocol for Mindfulness

The founder of what we know today as mindfulness or technically called Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, MBSR. That is a protocol developed by Dr. John Cabot-Zinn who was a medical researcher at UMass Medical Center. He also happened to have a Buddhist practice himself. We're going to stick to the original 8-week protocol on purpose because that is what has been researched in a lot of studies.
