There are a few supplements that can help. You can take some actually right now. The best thing you can do is take some fiber supplements. Or you can make yourself a little like, would you drink a little bit of water with like some ground flax seeds in it? Maybe I do a green drink in the morning. And by the way, you said something earlier that really struck me when I started doing the green drink right away in the morning: Not only did I feel hydrated because I'm bad at remembering to drink water. So at least I'm taking like these 16 ounces of water right away inthe morning.
