I think it's important to expose your nervous system to those kind of higher intensity types of efforts whether that's in the weight room or but that was interesting man like that. Going out to run with those people give you enough variants and enough mental reprieve which brought into another topic which is psychology something I want to talk about. You know what we're starting to realize with neuromuscular fatigue I think a lot of the reasons keeping high intensity in there keeping some strength training to some degree around if it's appropriate is really good for for not just the physical qualities but the neurological qualities of sending that signal.
