How Do You Build Your Team?

Wes: How do you build a team when, maye make im some ship, maybe you probably couldn't do the job yourself? Wes: What has worked in those scenarios is to fall in love with that problem. I would always go out and build a network of mentors that were experts in those areas. And i think that passion, persistence,. many time, is more value than raw skill. Outside that it's gold, a team that is true to the values of the organization.
