Sleep problems have this ripple effect that not only affect the individual who's struggling with them. Sleep terrors are nightmares in a sense, where our body is paralyzed. It could be very scary to see someone in a sleep a night terror episode. I had those as well as a child, a paroxysm and snoring. But my the way my jaw is aligned and how crowded the side of my throat is, i have to sleep wath the spap machine,. which i'll talk about later.
