The Importance of Mobility in Strength Training

A lot of people, I think don't drop into the correct positions. And that's why we do a fair amount of mobility work, but it's specific to you. That's why you got this. It's not just self test. My thing is I need you to drop into thecorrect positions. If you got that, then we want, right? So that is something that we take care of in phase one. We take care of it throughout the program, but you will notice how we start with more mobility work and gradually as the phase is going, we go less and less and less.
