The Importance of Motivation in Training

I have been trying to uncover, there's an out there that I have that is strong and the rate, his results do not match how strong I know he is. And so same thing in training. It's when athletes look at the training calendar and the comment is, just wasn't a feeling today, I tried. So this is good. That's what true polarized training is so hard. Like we need to rewind big time. Get all that bad negative stuff out. You need to be so motivated for those really hard sessions.
