Stress in Humans and Stress in Physics
Mental emotional, physical and spiritual is definitely the blueprint. We started a bit earlier though, we started with an analogy between stress in humans and stress in physics. And so when you look at objects, it's not about the external force applied to it. That doesn't determine the stress. You can apply a ton of stress to an object, but if the object is a kilometer wide, it wouldn't feel any stress at all. It's the load divided by the square area. I think that analogy in humans, it's the challenge that you face divided by or distributed across your skills, your resources to deal with that stress.
