We get this question ALL the time, and we knew it deserved its own episode because hidden within this seemingly innocent inquiry is one of the biggest blocks to true self-love. The very way we ask the question can make self-love feel like a destination—or something we either have or don’t—when in reality, self-love is not a static state of being but a lifelong practice.
