"The goal is to create resources for the body," she says. "Even if the world imagined a person with pain, there is no idealized world that we can create in cold and law." It could be having an intimate partner who actually puts your dish on your breakfast dish on the table for you so that you don't need to raise your arms up. And it's also OK to figure out, you know, how I want to be independent and do it".
