Do You Know That Your Internal State Is Not Dangerous?
If you are getting signals that say no, you do want to turn toward the signals. Don't push hard and like, you know, bash your way past them because they don't matter. That's more information. For some people, when they begin practicing mindfulness or non judgmental awareness of their internal experience, sometimes the first level of their awareness is all of the defenses they have built up against awareness of theirinternal experiences. They're not there for no reason. Your brain built those without you being aware to protect you from some shit. I don't know what that shit was. But it's gone now and the barriers remain anyway.
