The Importance of Light and Artificial Light

We should ideally try to get ready for bed, I think, when the sun sets. Red light still can allow you to sleep because it doesn't affect your melatonin production. With our modern technology, especially having artificial light at night, we basically confuse the body into thinking it's still daytime when it's nighttime. In an ideal day, if you wake up before the sunrise, which I do, I just wear a bare blue-bocking glasses.
