How to Get Over Yourself
After the death of my father I began to think about how Buddhism could be used in psychotherapy. The idea was that for 30 years or so I had been careful not to give a lot of Buddhist advice, but that there was plenty of advice that I hadn't given that might be relevant. And it was very, very willing. So I tried without using a cultish or even Buddhist language. I tried to explain what what I have picked up. It's like you know that feeling that's deep inside you where you are who you've always been.
