Is It Time for Restaurants to Compete With Fine Wine?

The new generation is graduating from that whole natural wine phase and moving in towards the fine wine phase. And to your point, these wines are becoming inaccessible and weirdly priced. We are seeing producers that you never thought would command $1,000 price points really showcasing that on every list. It puts a lot of pressure on the summary in those running the wine business. But for me, it is an opportunity to showcase Pina noir from different regions or maybe showcase aged wines from elsewhere in the world.
