Laid off 20 some people in one day and 15 minute increment s you could talk to everyone that was crying at the end of the day in a stiff drink. That's probably the lowest point of my career. And i did not have any of my leads on my team do the terminations. No matter if they reported me or not, if they were in my org, i talk to every single person. I just felt like, one, i couldn't put my leads through that. Most of my leads have never even terminated anyone, let alone make them go through that. We had to rewrite everything. Rewrite sit sales, enablement, dex it became very serious toned.
