Most sell side brokers, M&A advisory firms, are motivated by the retainer that they take more than the success fee that they might get. So they won't be selective, they'll take anyone on that sign the order form. That's never the way that I've worked in my time in the industry. And one of the reasons why these days in recent times, since I stepped down from my regular job is to get the message out there.
