I find that certain things like meditation, if you wait till the end of the day, depending on your routine, it's tempting to just kind of skip it and go to sleep. Is that why you priotrize it in the morning? Or the nother solutely, bos, you get stuff ticked off early. So they agree dering during the winter time when it was too cold to go out first thing in the morning. Buta, we would maybe do the cycle after lunch, but because i'm tracking on my apple watch and i need those points, it has to get done. Some days we just got, don't feel like it to day at it
