How Do You Respond When You Can't Sleep?
I have several clients who can't sleep between three and five a m, but at five a m they can go back to sleep and sleep from five to eight. That's a very consistent finding in some people, and it's not that unusual. Telling people that they can do various things, meditate, breathing exercises, get up and read, just stop obsessing over it. And you could try to sleep in on week ends.
