The Impact of Over Training
I think the one thing that's undervalued here is the impact of daily life on this concept of over training. It has nothing to do with the 10 hours a week for Ironman or whatever, you've got six kids at home and your life is in turmoil. I'm always going to be the advocate of like being gentle on yourself and knowing that time is actually on our side despite what we may feel that these races will be around in another season to do. We're all okay. Like everyone survived COVID. Most people are better for it.
