There are some practices and habits that i think would be probably very powerful to help you build that resilience, and obvious, i neurature the health at the same time. Are those things that are just emerging now because we have more awareness of what works? That's a good question, actually. I mean, there's more discussion, no doubt, right? And i think people are talking more and more about how they're leveraging this practices. But i also do feel that people performing kind of at the top of their game have always had these practices in their tool kit.
