On Line Reviews

Felix: I have a love hate relationship with on line reviews. He says they're useless for all the reasons that you describe. A lot of them seem fake as there's great inflation, he adds. Felix: It's a huge misse opportunity for businesses because we do this in such a clumsy fashion. The feedback should be constructive and not punitive.
