How to Avoid Bad Advice

If somebody is trying to sell you something, that's a red flag. A high fat, really low carbohydrate diet can work for sedentary person who doesn't have high activity. It's not appropriate for the time crunched or the, you know, average Joe cyclists. Trying to shift your metabolic efficiency is not about losing weight. Most people tend to have more difficulty staying in a calorie deficit the rest of the day and their training sucked.
