Louis was good about finding ways to keep us in shape for what we were doing, you know, without us really knowing that's what was going on. It's I think the biggest reason for the training density the way it was was you couldn't sit down. You had to move you had to keep going because that was part of the conditioning process. And so if it dynamic squad ain't fucking nobody ever sitting down, at least not when I was there,.You sat down, you were getting a knee wrapper or something was getting thrown in your head or you were being ridiculed.
