How Did You Get There?

I've been in L and D roles at varying levels for quarter of a century now. So not long at all. I'm still a newbie. My boss doesn't let me say I'm a newbie anymore. But that was an interesting time to lead a business and a team through shedding basically an airline, putting it to bed. And then 30 days later, we were closing business for the pandemic. It's been great so far.
