Are You Getting Strong and Like the Extreme End, a Bi?

You have to feel really good in those positions for your body to comfortably move between them. How can you possibly expect to throw your whole body weight and catch yourself when you can't even do it in a controlled fashion? I've literally had athletes that have come up to me and said, why can't i get this muscle up,. And they'll try to go to the bottom of the dipp on the ringsand they look the same way. It's actually pretty goodand it makes you more fit. And it's kind of fun because you can make game out of it. There is a distinct benefit to bein competitive exerciser, to being able to hold a hand stand for longer
