How to Celebrate and Cheer Yourself on Doing the Little Things More Now

I like to, like, plan my meals and eat and cook well. I have a cat and a dog taking care of them really shaped my whole day. My skincare routine at night is when I know I'm clocked out for the night. As well as journaling, I usually tend to do yoga most when I have a lot on my head. You can't deny that, like, makes you feel great. And then just filling my days with creative hobbies such as crocheting or drawing. It literally helps so much on my brain.
