How to Increase Protein Intake for Training

Everybody who is training 20 hours per week should be eating two grams per kilogram body weight. That's another insurance policy to make sure that you not end up in low energy availability and caloric deficits in the first place so that's another big advantage. We do have some anecdotal evidence from practitioners that for many athletes at high training loads it may be beneficial to increase protein intake even above those recommended in research reviews like the ones that I referenced above.
