There are at least nine different forms of magnesium that you can take. Magnesium doesn't have any benefit in healthy people or those with insomnia. There is only one subset of a cohort where we have seen magnesium to be a benefit, which is in older adults with insomnia. It's possible that it can help with the brain barrier transition.
