How to Protect Your Skin From the Sun

I have worn sunscreen in the past year, I think twice. The one area that I am trying to protect the most is my head and my face - particularly my forehead. Maybe it is a good idea for me to take dates out in the daytime in the sun because it increases attraction rather than at night. There was a study where they used a pheromone based lipstick for women. And it was a lip balm that they could apply to their upper lip. It was a study on upper lip administration of Andrew Stearone, increasing female libido and mood. Interesting.
