The Importance of Standing Up for Yourself

There are parts here that are healthy like they're standing up for me. When I used to be the kind of person who would let anyone get away with anything. Walking the line of what is a healthy way to enforce boundaries with people you love Is a really complex conversation because we're inevitably not doing it perfectly. And we inevitably have a complete right to be doing it. Because people don't respect boundaries right right they can't figure it out on their own.
