Training in a Fasted State?

If you're in a fasted state, you're going to have more of these fatty acids that are available for energy. Interestingly, when you feed before you train, those adaptations are blunted with respect to the fatty acid tapupyad. Im, but for weight training, sounds like keeping it within 60 minutes. So so im, even even less than even running in less than 60 minutes. M or a high intensity inva training.
