The half life of cafine is between six and eight hours. Lions have a tendency to metabolize faster than wolves. If you can keep itto under two to three cups in a day, you're going to be in good shape. But as an example, if you're a dolphin, who's my high anxious individual, who's got high energy levels, anyway, i don't want you drinking cafine.
