Zone Two Cardio Is Not the Best Bang for Your Buck in Fat Loss
There's massive health benefits to zone two cardio that extend far beyond fat loss. Huberman recommends 180 minutes per week of zone two cardio for a lot of neuroprotective effects and cardiovascular effects. But certainly not the best bang for your buck in terms of fat loss. So you're doing some type of activity where the intensity is high enough that it's increasing your heart rate but it's not too intense where you can't carry a conversation.
