The Difference Between Performance and Performance

If I'm lifting more weight, for example, or if I'm running faster, that will have a physique impact, 100%. When I separate performance from physique, what that really means is I'm looking at the top 5% of people in performance versus physique-based goals. If you're just an everyday individual, someone who wants to get healthier, look, feel, and move better, you're going to see physique improvements with performance improvements. You just are.
