The Science of Brewing Beer

It definitely starts at the brewer level so we'll go out and and they're getting this information from consumers. with it research in terms of what even exists out there that we might be able to incorporate or what is even a flavor that brewers might want um in beer. It's not necessarily trial and error but it it definitely involves a lot of highly controlled experiments and how we go about generating all these yeast strains.
