The Importance of Unconditional Happiness

The negativity bias, this habit of thinking everything's a problem, is actually very good for avoiding some real physical threats. But it's not a good strategy for trusting other people or enjoying our life. So these are the blocks, something's missing, if only mind, and something's wrong. And when we start gladdening our mind on purpose, that allows us to rebalance things. We're able to rest more in the presence that makes unconditional happiness possible.
