How to Structure Swim Training

I like to usually have if it was three three sessions a week it would depend on the person but generally we'll have one threshold variable pace session one aerobic longer session. We're just looking to hold a fairly steady pace but just get a bit more distance in the arms and then the other two sessions with the threshold and variable pace are often pretty reasonably hard. I think it's it's important so you know I've had a couple of uh athletes on the on the podcast and they like professional triathletes and um you know one of them was talking about like for him he swims three times a week and he's usually front pack and he says in those three swims he wants
