If you want to train those parts of the range of motion, it would be things like pin squats with the pin set at full depth. You can do isymetric against a bar but won't be able to stand up against it. Most people have experience with two board press cand two board press more than they can binch their chest. Your sticking point, again, isn't the slowest point in the lift. It's the very bottom of the lift. And maybe you're weakest at the floor part of the dead lift. Train that like your sticking point. That's where you're weakest.
