Valuation is critical because why is the person trying to sell their business? Right? So all of these pieces of, of what makes some type of negotiation or some type of transaction successful, so many of it are things that you can control. And so by understanding what it is that you're looking to get out of a situation and being able to empathize and put yourself in the shoes of those on the other side will make you much more successful.
