Do You Have a Shorter Time Goal?
With a shorter time goal where it gives somebody a sense of urgency in a different way. It's like okay I had headaches for the first 5 days while I was trying to detox but now it's gone. And it's also a sense of achievement. When you set a one year goal, you don't know you've won till you've set it and you're setting yourself up for higher chances of failure. But when I set a 14 day goal and it takes me 5 days to just get into it, 7 days to realize damn I'm half way through,. Let's go man, let's go just one week more. Go 14 and boom, well done.
