With a shorter time goal where it gives somebody a sense of urgency in a different way. It's like okay I had headaches for the first 5 days while I was trying to detox but now it's gone. And it's also a sense of achievement. When you set a one year goal, you don't know you've won till you've set it and you're setting yourself up for higher chances of failure.
