Chicken Soup - It's a Universal Food

In the states, we think of it typically as eastern european jewish chicken soup. It's like a universal stand in for warmth at home and healing. A lot of places have chickens running around in their yards. They're inexpensive, they're accessible. And i don't know how it became so popular in the states, but every culture has one of those.
