If we look at the studies, there isn't a huge amount of information there to support this type of training. If you try to control food intake and training in a group of athletes for that period, this like four weeks is crazy long. So I think there's another area where someone needs to spend a lot of time doing some longer Studies. The most important thing is try to keep it simple.
