For about eight years I'll probably going on a carnivore and it would affect my ability to train because some days, you know when your knees hurt You don’t feel like squatting or you don't feel like training. Within two months My quadriceps tendinitis, which had bothered me literally every day for eight years went away completely. It's never come backWhich I thought was really really interesting now.
