Do You Know if Front Squats Are Better Than Back Squates?
Recent work suggests that longer muscle lengths are more beneficial for hypertrophy than shorter muscle lengths. So if you take that as a general principle, i'm not sure we're there yet. It could be that cable lateral rases would be more efficacious than a dumbel lateral rays. But abe, the dumbe lateral rays were to get higher surface e m g amlitude, because it provides more resistance at a shorter joint angle.
