The Basic Problem With Addiction

When you're addicted to something, giving up the addiction means giving up fun. Th is something i've seen in any kind of adiction. So let's take alcohol addiction for example. I can go to a nice meal and not have a glass of wine. But if i'm relaxing on the beach with a cocktail, it just enhances my enjoyment. It just makes life more full, more complete. And so when we're addicted to the inner net, we do the same thing. There's got to be some way for moderation,. We don't need to cut out snap chat and youtube entirely like that.
