I would always do the plimetrics first, just because it's er, much more e exhausting, both mentally as well. And you need to be much more stricter in terms of technical performance. I never likedthe the box jumps, because it's so dangerousiit's very difficult to measurebox jumps,. Because you also have the aspect of lifting up your legs. The more efficient you get at lifting upyour legs, the higher you can box jump and stuff like this. But i think it's important to try an at least try and stay with measurable variations herto develop a vertical dru for the piometrics.
