I think in other places, they should never be. Phones is the dinner table. Totally agree. And studies have actually showed that if a phone is present during a meal time, the quality of conversation declines. Because it's a brain drain. I encourage parents to come up with a digital curfew. So what's the time when devices have to go off? The brain has mirror neurons, meaning that we are biologically designed to imitate and copy what we see. It is really hard if we're not walking the talk as adults.
