The Importance of Performance Leaks

There is a big difference between managing that pressure laying down on your back and then managing that pressure with a barbell on your back or making a barbell up off the floor. It's different. And I think a lot of the time people are working on it and it's not improving not to any fault of their own, but because they're not getting the right kind of help. The lessons are being taught are never being translated into lifting and performing at a high level like that.
