IFS is a shamanic tool. And that's one of the reasons it's so powerful and groundbreaking in our society. We don't have access to these tools most of us. But fortunately there are amazing technologies, ancient technologies we can use to set us up for containment. What I teach people to do is create a ritual. A ritual can involve a few different modalities. Typically, it's going to involve intention. So we invite in that which is greater than us to hold space for us.
