The Law of the Vital Few
In many settings, 80% of a given effect is due to just 20% of the possible causes. Malcolm Gladwell, Michael Lewis, and George Packer abandoned Twitter because it didn't support their top two or three goals. The law of the vital few reminds us that the most important activities provide the bulk of the benefit.
